TLCBD’s model for community-led change begins with organizing Residents, Youth & Small Businesses in the Tenderloin in a place-based way to advocate for positive changes and investment in the community. We organize small businesses, youth, and residents and facilitate connections to policymakers and city leadership to advance physical improvement strategies and projects and to inform policies that make meaningful change in the daily lives and livelihoods of our community.
