JaLil Turner (pronounced Jah-Lil) is the newest member of the TLCBD Safe Passage team. As the new program manager, he will be overseeing the TLCBD Safe Passage day-to-day logistics, as well as contributing to the growth and evolution of the program.
JaLil grew up in the Bay Area and holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communications from Kansas Wesleyan University. He has worked in a variety of non-profit organizations, as well as in athletics, health and wellness, workforce development, and recruiting—all of which have involved youth as well as young adults.
We are thrilled to welcome him to our team. And we are excited to see how the TLCBD Safe Passage program—which focuses on safe, assisted travel for children, senior citizens and all others who have mobility issues—will benefit from JaLil’s support and vision.
As JaLil adds, “I have strong passion for supporting and assisting those who are less fortunate. I come to TLCBD with a variety of experience in both management and program directing, and the non-profit sector. I look forward to joining the Safe Passage program and doing my absolute best to help progress the program!”
Please help us in welcoming JaLil to the neighborhood!
