The Tenderloin Community Benefit District (TLCBD) is accepting applications for one available Property Owner Board Seat. All applications are due by Monday December 18th at 5pm. For more information, including election procedures, requirements, and applications, click here.
Serving on the Board of Directors is a rewarding volunteer opportunity. As a member, individuals have the opportunity to help navigate and oversee the organization’s mission and goals for the District and community. To serve as a Board member, individuals must be a property owner (7 seats), business (4 seats), resident (3 seats), or ‘at-large’ (1 seat) representative within the District boundaries. One ‘at-large’ seat can be resident, business, property owner, or community member with direct ties to the Tenderloin.
