Restaurant Revitalization Fund Grant – now open
The Restaurant Revitalization Fund will provide grants to help restaurants, bars, and other eating and drinking businesses keep their doors open.
This $28.6 billion program will provide eligible businesses with funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss in 2020.
Recipients are not required to repay the funding as long as funds are used for eligible uses by March 11, 2023.

Restaurant Revitalization Fund Eligibility
– Restaurants, food trucks, caterers, bars, lounges, bakeries, breweries, wineries, distilleries and other qualifying food service businesses
– Funding amounts may be up to $10 million per business and no more than $5 million per physical location

For the first 21 days of the application period, SBA will accept applications from all eligible businesses, but will only process and fund applications where the applicant has self-certified that it meets the eligibility requirements for a small business owned by women, veterans, or socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.

SF Venue Fund Grant – Open Now!
Apply for a live music and entertainment venue grant
Get a grant for at least $10,000 for your venue to stay in business.
Grant applications are open from April 21 until May 5, 2021 at 11:59 P.M. PDT. You must show that you host live entertainment regularly.
San Francisco Relief Grants – Just Opened!
The City has just opened up two San Francisco Relief Grants for small businesses – the Community Anchor Grant (up to $25,000) and the Small Business Equity Grant ($5,000).

Apply as soon as you can! The date and time of application submission may be a factor depending on the number of applications the City receives. The grant will be open for one month.
Criteria for each grant are:

Community Anchor Grant – up to $25,000

Be a storefront open to the public
-
Have less than $2.5M in gross revenue in 2020
-
Have lost at least 25% of your revenue from 2019 to 2020
-
Have had at least an average of 2 full-time employees (FTE) from February 2019 to February 2020
Your business must also meet at least 1 of these requirements:

Started before December 31, 2006 OR
-
Be a live entertainment venue or movie theater OR
-
Started before December 31, 2016 and be located in a Cultural District or Invest In Neighborhoods Opportunity Neighborhood commercial corridor (most of the Tenderloin)
2.) Equity Grant – $5,000

Have a storefront

Have less than $2.5M in gross revenue in 2020

Have started on or before December 31, 2020
-
Not received federal, state, or City loans more than $20,000
-
Not received federal, state, or City grants more than $5,000
Your business must also meet at least 1 of these requirements:

Be a business that was mandated to close for more than 6 months due to the City Health Orders (like a salon, gym, or bar) or
-
Be located in an Invest In Neighborhoods Opportunity Neighborhood commercial corridor or
-
Not received any grants or loans from federal, state, or City programs (like Paycheck Protection Program, Economic Injury Disaster Loan, SF HELP, African American Revolving Loan Fund, Latino Small Business Fund, CA Relief Grant, Resiliency Fund, or other City COVID financial resource)

Loans for Small Businesses with the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)
The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on payroll. Borrowers may be eligible for PPP loan forgiveness. SBA is currently offering PPP loans until May 31, 2021.
SBA EIDL Loan (Economic Injury Disaster Loans)
Eligibility: Any small business owner | Apply Here
Loan Terms:
· 3.75% for businesses (fixed)
· 2.75% for nonprofits (fixed)
· 30 years
· No pre-payment penalty or fees
Use of Proceeds
· Working capital & normal operating expenses
California Rebuilding Fund – Open **
Loans are offered by participating community lenders as a statewide effort of public and private entities to provide CA small businesses with access to responsible, affordable capital during the pandemic. Businesses with up to 50 full-time employees and gross revenues of less than $2.5M or below in 2019 may be eligible to apply. Learn more at: www.CALoanFund.org.
