Better Market Street Informational Open Houses (June 1 & 5)

BETTER MARKET STREET OPEN HOUSES

Where: A.C.T. Costume Shop, 1117 Market St/ Seventh

When: Saturday, June 1 10-noon, Wednesday, June 5, 4-7pm

This open house will focus on the proposed project design, as well as a few key topics including:

• The first phase of the project (Market Street between Fifth and Eighth streets, scheduled to break ground in 2020)

• A design alternative for Market between Hayes and Gough streets

• Commercial loading

• Transit stops

Both open houses will be held at the A.C.T. Costume Shop, 1117 Market Street (near Seventh). The venue is a few steps away from the entrance to the Civic Center BART/Muni station and bike valet parking will also be provided.
