After careful consideration, the Tenderloin Community Benefit District board of directors has made the decision to move ahead with the assessment district renewal process one year early.
The TLCBD was established in 2005 under a 15-year management plan.
The first order of business in the Renewal process is to establish a Renewal Steering Committee. The Renewal Steering Committee is open to all, and of particular interest to property owners within and bordering the District boundaries.
As a member of the Renewal Steering Committee, you will have direct input to:
· District Boundaries
· Organization Budget
· Types of Programs
· Assessment Methodology
