SF Weekly has released their sixth neighborhood issue, focusing on the our beloved Tenderloin. Stories in the issue include a look at two small businesses and the rewards and challenges of operating in the neighborhood, essential places to dine (who did they miss?), Tenderloin demographics, an upcoming interactive play about the Compton’s Cafeteria Riot produced by the Tenderloin Museum, and lastly the remarkable, uplifting and prideful poetry of the De Marillac students. SF Weekly shares what we’ve known all along, “that the Tenderloin is the friendliest neighborhood in San Francisco.”
