Our friends from The Healing WELL SF, which recently celebrated the grand opening of their new storefront space at 476 Eddy Street, will be closing their latest series of gentle movement classes on Monday November 20th from 1-2pm, join us for the final in the series run of gentle movement /chair yoga class with Kamala Itzel Berrio and Michael Silk.
Classes are free, and open to all ages and abilities.

Thursdays, share your stories with the Listening Post: two spiritual directors, Rev. Barbara F. Meyers and Karolyn Stenlund, are piloting a project sponsored by the Faithful Fools Street Ministry which will involve creating a space where vulnerable and marginalized people can come and be listened to for free without judgment. They use volunteer-oriented models designed by the widely-known international organization Sidewalk Talk and the Listening Post organization in Anchorage, Alaska.
Holiday Schedule, we will be at the park on Monday and Tuesday next week, and then returning following the Thanksgiving holiday on 11/27.
