The TLCBD Clean Team welcomes Joe Castagnola, our incoming Operations Manager to the Tenderloin. One of the things we are most enthused about is that Joe knows what it takes to do the job. He started with our service partner, Block by Block, as street sweeper in Oakland in 2015. Over the years, through dedication and hard work, he’s grown in the company to Operations Manager position, most recently in the Castro. We’re extremely grateful and excited to have him on board with our team.Read More
