Life of a Pilot Program, and Why We Want to Get Back to the Turk-Hyde Mini Park

The Turk Hyde Mini Park Pilot Program was a great success. TLCBD and our partners set out to create a safe, clean, welcoming atmosphere on an extremely troubled park. We cultivated community member buy-in while transforming the negative uses of the park into positive experiences. During the pilot program, we served 2,308 people and programmed 123 activations. Most of all, we invested in people, and the people made the difference.
